I have been interested in taking care of the caregivers for a long time and offer Physician Wellbeing Workshops grounded in my experience as a clinician and meditation practitioner.

I have practiced Zen Buddhism since 1981 and teach meditation at the Stone Creek Zen Center, Graton, CA.
